Dimdim is a free web-based platform for collaboration and meetings. The tool is capable of letting everyone everywhere communicate using rich media in real time.

Dimdim started in February 2006 and like many projects, Dimdim’s founders were scattered across the world, using an assortment of free communications tools like Skype and Hotmail to keep in touch. When they wanted to share what was on their computer screens they discovered that existing web conferencing products were all either too expensive or too complicated to use. As accomplished software designers, they founded Dimdim to fulfil this gap in the market.
